Our team handles the medical, psychological, legal, and logistical management throughout the surrogacy program to facilitate a smooth and ethical surrogacy journey.

Surrogacy Contract Agreement

With the expertise of our Legal Team, we draft and bind our Intended Parents and Surrogate Mothers through the Surrogacy Contract Agreement. The Surrogacy Contract Agreement outlines in details the terms and conditions of the surrogacy arrangement and the agreement protects all parties and ensures a clear understanding of their rights, responsibilities, and expectations.

Provision of Egg & Sperm Donors

We screen and recruit Egg & Sperm Donors for Intended Parents who are in need of the donor eggs or sperm for their Surrogacy Program. Our Egg & Sperm Donors are often young, healthy women and men, typically between 21 and 30years old, who undergo a rigorous medical and psychological evaluation to ensure they are suitable candidates. The process involves careful selection, detailed medical history review, and testing for infectious diseases and genetic disorders.
